CoxHealth's Payment Plan Sham

CoxHealth will setup a "Payment Plan", then file a collection lawsuit. The court system will go along with their sham, so you're out of luck. Proof of debt you ask? They are "CoxHealth" and they don't need any proof. All they need is a lying employee that will manipulate and manufacture bills to suit their "proof". If we look at the complaits to the BBB, the ones Cox hasn't made the BBB delete, you can see that many people have had this done to them.
