Mr Moore leaves his inherited house to take a load of items to his new residence. The mortgage company gets word from their "inspector", Mr Criteser, that the house is vacant. He reports that it's vacant to the move out crew. The movers put the rest of Mr Moore's keepsakes and personal items in a dumpster. Gone forever. Too bad for Mr Moore. Nobody, including the judge, gives a rat's ass about Mr Moore's house or his deceased dad's items. Non-judicial foreclosure has given Mr Moore no recourse. Nothing.
